The TCS program is a network of HVAC technicians recognized by Trane as foremost in the field, with a consistent record of quality and customer service.
The designation is by invitation only, and Trane chooses which providers to include. They base their decision on factors like reputation, which they can gauge not only from customer reviews, but also from the Trane representative in the area. The company wants to know that a dealer gives customers high satisfaction before letting them carry the Trane logo.
